If a client sees that you care about your appearance and verbal presentation, at least you might get a hearing.
Curiosity and fascination are attractive states of mind; embrace them.
The truth will set you free; embody it.
Change your approach to individuals when appropriate, yet remain true to yourself.
Consistently keep promises to self and others.
Consider yourself to be the buyer and ask, ‘would I buy this?’
Conquer procrastination by becoming a ‘do it now’ person.
Avoid saying, ‘no problem,’ it can adversely affect the transaction.
Bob Decker (legendary friend) always sent a thank you note: it works.
Remember that a sincere smile is the shortest distance between two people.
Do unto others as they would have done unto themselves; ask questions!
Speak in language that they understand.
Know your stuff and discover how people would like to be helped.
The best sales people in the world sell one in three; helps put a value on the no’s.
Buying is the art of selling; find out what people want and are prepared to buy.

My reward for these newsletters is your response and I’m humbly grateful.
