It’s the end of a day of sickness and reflection and I find my thoughts drifting back to days gone by.
Days that seemed so long ago and yet, some memories are as fresh as yesterday.
I guess it would be true to say that I am not one who if often open to reflective thoughts as I tend to focus more on the here and now or even the future. However, it would seem that a little amount of reflection at times can be a good thing.
Was reading an article in another person’s post this afternoon just before I syndicated for them through our powerful Synnd Network and it stated again the power of the human mind. What an incredible computer we have at our disposal and yet we only use a tiny fraction of its full capacity.
The writer was suggesting that we have the power to alter our circumstances in the future based upon our most dominate thoughts. I happen to subscribe to this line of thinking of thoughts, feeling, and actions.
We are very much a product of our thought life and the actions we have taken based of the feelings that those thoughts have produced. Behind all this is the premise of what we believe and how this is applied to any given situation (but more on this in another post).
So if it is indeed true that we are a product of our most dominant thoughts, then this would powerfully suggest that we can indeed have control over our future. Now don’t get me wrong, I understand that there are forces outside of our control and merely thinking about something alone is not sufficient for it to manifest into reality. However, we do have the power to decide at all times what we will think and how we will act.
Depending on the current state of your thinking as to whether you consider this piece of news either a blessing or a curse. You probably also have been told as you were growing up, garbage in, garage out, well nothing could be more true when considering your mind.
In very simple terms then, this is what I am proposing to you to be true. If you want to change your circumstances, then you must change your thinking. Because, if you continue to think the same thoughts at the same level, you will continue to receive what you have always got.
At back of this, you must truly believe that by changing your thoughts for the better, you can change the outcome of your life in whatever area you wish be that physical, mental, social or financial. Learn how to back up your thoughts with good positive truths like those found in the Bible and you truly will become powerful beyond measure.
As you think strong, positive, empowering thoughts and develop a feeling of deep knowing in your heart, then you will be able to take the right actions to see the accomplishment of that to which you first held as only a thought in your mind.
Indeed, If You Think You Can, You Can!
