I believe that we have the power within us to achieve the impossible. Unfortunately, we have the power within us to destroy the lives of others as well as ourselves. Words have incredible power and we must be very careful to choose them wisely.

If you are married or in a relationship, you know just how quickly the mood in the room can change with a thoughtless or careless word. And yet, we can choose our words to build someone up, to praise them or even honour them for who they are and what they mean to us.

The spoken and written and even visual words hold within them the power of happiness or sadness, victory or defeat, wealth or poverty or whatever combination you like.

As you personally bury the word I CAN’T, make sure you celebrate from the rooftops for all the world to hear words of HOPE and of LOVE and of LIFE.

Go daily into your world and make a difference with a CAN DO attitude and give yourself permission to be all you were meant to be.
