Some very simple Weight Loss Tips

As I mentioned in last week’s blog post ‘A Journey of 1000 miles starts with one step“, it was time for me to become more serious about losing weight and weight loss in general.

I am happy to report that I have managed to achieve this goal (well at least for 7 days) and of course, 7 days doesn’t a weight loss target reach. And so I went searching again (maybe just like you) to discover some simple weight loss tips and came across the following article.

As mentioned, men should be drinking at least 3 litres of water per day. Well, I really do try and achieve this mark, but I have to tell you, it ain’t easy. Right now, we are in the middle of winter here in Australia and the need to drink 3 litres doesn’t seem applicable. However, I am committed to the concept of wieght loss and therefore I shall persist with this and other tips.
